Delivery

Products are delivered within 5 to 7 working days after you place an order. Dashdrip LLP offers free and express delivery on pre-paid orders, and we charge extra delivery charges for Cash On Delivery (COD).

At Xcetra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to review our Return and Exchange Policy.

Please note cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when it comes to clothing. Therefore, we are pleased to offer exchanges for size-related issues. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, you may exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at supp@xcetra.in within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

1. The product/s are returned after use

2. The products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on supp@xcetra.in on the same email thread.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you have received a defective product, share images at supp@xcetra.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
